Before the massive rebrand to Meta that broke the internet and made headlines globally, there was Facebook. Facebook’s Portal product was a key instrument in 2019 and into the early 2020’s that prompted the company’s decision to make a bold play to lead the metaverse. Without providing too much detail due to a strict NDA, zero Ω’s data analysis from social sources and other digital mediums using our consumer listening tools provided Facebook with very valuable insights. The Facebook Portal 2 device went on to break category product sales for Meta. zero Ω’s role in providing social support for Facebook Portal remains one of our most successful projects in collaboration with BDS Marketing.
