zero Ω is a web3 marketing agency operated by option Z Ventures LLC ("zero Ω", "we", "us"). We provide social marketing, content production, paid media, influencer and KOL management, SEO, and growth strategy to blockchain and crypto companies.
For anything relating to this policy or your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
This policy covers the zeroomega.com website and the enquiries we receive through it. It does not cover work we carry out for clients under a signed agreement, where the terms of that agreement govern how data is handled. It also does not cover third-party websites or social platforms we link to.
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter:
Please do not include sensitive information, confidential material, private keys, seed phrases or wallet credentials in a contact form message. We will never ask you for them.
If you email us directly, or reach out through LinkedIn or X, we hold that correspondence and whatever you include in it.
Our site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare records technical details of each request — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, referring page and timestamp. This is used to serve the site, and to detect and block attacks and abuse.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how many people visit them. It reports in aggregate, does not use cookies, and does not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites.
This website sets no cookies. Because there are none to consent to, you will not see a cookie banner. If that changes we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on:
We keep the number of third parties small. These are the ones involved in running this site:
| Cloudflare | Hosting, content delivery, security and cookieless analytics. Processes request data including IP address. |
|---|---|
| Formspree | Processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email. |
| Google Fonts | Serves the typefaces used on the site. Your browser requests these files directly, so Google receives your IP address. |
| Amazon CloudFront | Serves a JavaScript library used by the site. Receives your IP address for the same reason. |
| Email and business tools | Used to store and reply to correspondence, and to run the business. |
These providers act on our instructions or as independent controllers of the technical data they receive. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We are based in the United States and the providers above are largely US-based, so your information may be processed outside your home country. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an approved adequacy decision.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings with you — ordinarily no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or we are required to keep it longer. Client records are retained for the life of the engagement and for as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require. Server and security logs are retained on a short rolling basis by our hosting provider.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to enquiries is limited to the people at zero Ω who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
If you are in California, you also have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, and we may need to verify your identity first. If you are in the UK or EEA and are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Our site links to client work, partner projects and our profiles on LinkedIn and X. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's website, governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be made clear.
